Planning Board

The Planning Board is the Special Permit Granting Authority for:

The Assembly Square Mixed-Use District (ASMD), Planned Unit Developments (PUDs), Overlay Districts, and Site Plan Approvals. The Board also holds public hearings and renders recommendations to the Board of Aldermen on zoning amendments.

Meeting & Hearing Dates

The Planning Board generally meets on the first and third Thursday of the month at 6pm in the Aldermanic Chambers on the second floor of City Hall.  View Calendar of Events.
