Capital Project Manager, Gerald Boyle
The Capital Projects Management Department is responsible for overseeing the City’s major capital projects including but not limited to, major streetscape projects, municipal building construction, major building repair, and parks reconstruction.
This Department works closely with the Mayor's Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development (OSPCD), The Department of Public Works (DPW), and other City departments throughout the planning and design phases to develop plans and specifications that meet the City’s needs. Capital Projects Management works closely with contractors to ensure that design specifications are met, established timelines and budgets are adhered to, and that all federal, state and local guidelines are met.
