Assembly Square

Below you will find useful information pertaining to Assembly Square, including informative reports/studies and copies of Special Permit Applications related to the Preliminary Master Plan, Phase 1AAA, and Phase 1AA.

Phase 1AA: The Special Permit with Site Plan Review - A for Phase 1AA was conditionally approved on October 18th, 2007. The Planning Board's decision is on the right for reference.  

The next phase of development will be Phase 1A, mixed use retail and residential along the Mystic River waterfront. When additional materials are submitted on this phase of development, they will be available on-line.

The Draft Environmental Impact Report closed for comments on August 8, 2008 and has received it certificate that states it complies with MEPA regulations. The final Environmental Impact Report is expected to be submitted by December 2008.
