Pay real estate and personal property taxes
Payments are made via our vendor Invoice Cloud. 40 cents per transaction, if you pay by electronic check. There is a surcharge for credit card transactions (amount displayed before payment is processed)

Pay water and sewer bills
25 Cents per transaction, if you pay by electronic check. 3-5% surcharge for credit card transactions ($1 min charge)

Pay excise tax
50 cents per transaction, if you pay by electronic check, 3.2% surcharge for credit card transactions ($3 min charge)

Pay parking tickets
Convenience fees will apply for credit card transactions. $3.00 per transaction. Note: If you need to renew your registration or driver's license and have a registry hold, please call 311 (617-666-3311 from outside of Somerville) after paying your tickets.

Appeal parking tickets online
Ticket must have been issued within the last 30 days.

Pay library fees
No service charges for credit/debit cards.

Reserve library books
Locate the books you want and have them delivered to your local library branch.

Reserve museum passes
Reserve museum passes from the library online.

Register your electronic devices
Register your portable electronic device(s): GPS, laptop computer, cell phone, iPod, etc. Protect yourself and your property.

Submit work requests for City services
Report potholes, light outages, missed trash, anything that requires city assistance.
