Connect-CTY Messages

Connect-CTY is a technology that allows the City of Somerville to place phone calls and send emails to thousands of homes and businesses in order to deliver time-sensitive or emergency messages in only a few minutes. Because each number and email is "geo-coded" - tied to a specific longitude and latitude - Connect-CTY also allows the city to target its messages to a particular neighborhood or area. This page contains the most recent messages and alerts sent to residents and businesses in the City - some of which targeted specific areas, others which were made to the entire City. For more information about any of the following messages, please contact 311 by dialing 3-1-1 from any land line or cell phone within City limits, or e-mail 311Updates@somervillema.gov.
