The Somerville Health Department seeks responsible individuals for up to six (6) Substitute/Per Diem Nurse positions. These individuals would be willing to substitute in a Somerville school on an as needed basis or other nursing duties as needed. Primary duties would be to provide nursing services to school aged children in a school setting. Services include, but are not limited to, first aid, illness assessment, communicable disease control, health teaching, support emergency preparedness needs and related documentation.
Current Massachusetts RN Licensure, pediatric or home care experience preferred
Current CPR certification
A valid Massachusetts driver’s license and use of an automobile
