The Somerville Council on Aging (COA) provides services that enhance the lives of older adults, offering comprehensive programs that reflect the City's growing and diverse population.  The Somerville Council on Aging Board of Directors is an advisory board with the basic purpose of assisting the COA Director and staff members in identifying and responding to the needs of older adults in the community.  The Board also plays a role in educating citizens, enlisting support and participation among residents, and advocating on behalf of Somerville's older adults.
