The Osgood Stair Rehabilitation project was completed in September 2022. The restored staircase, equipped with new railings and fencing will make it easier and safer for pedestrians to move between Osgood St. and Landers St. and improve access to Osgood Park.

Members will develop a recommendation to the Mayor on both the location and scope of a renovated or new school to meet the needs of the Winter Hill Community Innovation School and potentially the Benjamin G. Brown School.
