LOCATION

This town hall is offered by the Massachusetts Department of Unemployment Assistance (DUA) both over the phone and online.

In order to better meet the needs of workers whose employment has been affected by the coronavirus, DUA will be hosting daily town hall meetings to take constituents through a step by step process of achieving a successful unemployment claim and taking questions from claimants across the Commonwealth. A web link to the daily visual presentation can be viewed here. You can also download the step by step how to apply presentation here.

To receive a call to join the live town hall you must sign up for a specific time. To participate live during the call press *3 to ask a question and a live person will put your question in the queue. Please enroll by 5:30 the night before in order to receive a call to join by going here.

Online viewers will see a PowerPoint presentation with visuals to accompany the discussion. For those of you following along online you do not have to sign up ahead of time, just click this link and the presentation will begin at the scheduled time.
