As we approach the Holiday months ahead, we may not make the best choices, so trying to eat as clean as possible while still indulging can help manage your weight and prevent diseases such as high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes and other medical conditions that may make life more difficult. We will explore different ways to still eat delicious and still be nutritious.

Mondays, November 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th
