Pursuant to the Somerville Zoning Code Section 15.1.7, and MGL c 40A, s. 11, this notice is being mailed by certified mail to all direct abutters, and abutters of abutters within 300 feet of 51 Broadway, and all other known parties in interest. A virtual neighborhood meeting will be held on May 6, 2024, at 6:30 pm regarding the proposed redevelopment of 51 Broadway by the proponent, Highland Development, Inc. The proposed redevelopment is for a 6-story residential building with ground floor retail use and one level of below grade parking that will be seeking site plan approval and a special permit for residential use from the Planning Board.

This meeting has been coordinated with Somerville Ward 1 City Councilor Matthew McLaughlin and the City of Somerville’s Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development (OSPCD).
