Mayor Joseph A. Curtatone and the City of Somerville’s Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development, in conjunction with Craig Corporation are pleased to announce the
opportunity for 2 Affordable Rental Units available via lottery to income eligible households.

The development is located at 100 Fellsway West. It is new construction and there are a  total of 19 residential units and is located across
from Foss Park, near the intersection of Mystic Ave. Utilities are not included and water is separately metered. This opportunity is
available to households who live or work full time in Somerville.

Unit #205 is 1 Bedroom, 1 bath. This unit is  available to  an individual or couple who’s total gross household income does not exceed 50% of the Area Median Income. That
amount is $34,250 for one person and $39,150  for 2 people. Approximate rent will be $768.

Unit # 303 is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit available to those making less than 80% of area median income. That amount is $52,000 for 2 people and $58,500  for three people living
in the household. Approximate rent will be $1,175.

An Information Session will be held on Thursday, May 31st at 6 pm. at the City Hall Annex 1st floor Conference Room, 50 Evergreen Avenue  A representative from the Developer will be present and information on the specific units will be presented.   Applications will be available at the conclusion of the meeting.
