As the world begins to emerge from COVID-19 and its impacts, it’s important for us to talk about how this has affected our community’s stress, anxiety, and potential substance use.
Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order suspending certain provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. C. 30A, s. 18, and the Governor’s March 15, 2020 Order imposing strict limitations on the number of people that may gather in one place, as well as Mayor Curtatone’s Declaration of Emergency, dated March 15, 2020, this meeting of a City Council Committee will be conducted via remote participation.
The owners of Advesa MA, Inc and their Attorney, Walter J. Sullivan, Jr., and consultants on architecture, traffic and parking, will present the plans, explain how the cannabis retail business would operate, answer questions, and listen to and respond to concerns.
