Add some movement to your day! General Exercise is a chair-based fitness class with supported standing strength training and balance. We’ll use a variety of props such as a play ball, resistance band, and weights to practice functional movement patterns. Enjoy moving to music while doing easy-to follow cardio, mobility, strengthening and stretching exercises.

Incorporating all food groups into our diets is a great way to create proper balance. Knowing how much of each food group to eat, can be confusing but knowing your body fat and body mass index can help understand what you need.

Join us for the kick off of the Youth Climate Action Fund! Come learn more about this opportunity, start brainstorming your project, and meet other interested youth. Dinner will be provided.
