SOMERVILLE – A judge has ruled in the City of Somerville’s favor in a lawsuit filed by the owner of the former Star Market in Winter Hill, who contested denials of a building permit and two special permits and the legality of the City’s Zoning Ordinance. Neighborhood Safety Alert: Three Robberies in Tufts-Davis area

The Somerville and Tufts University Police Departments report that over the last three weeks three late night robberies have occurred in the area between Davis Square and Tufts University, with the most recent robbery having occurred very early in the morning on Friday, July 19. LGBT PRIDE FLAG RAISED OVER CITY HALL CONCOURSE
