I’m Jill Lathan, the Department of Public Works Commissioner for the City of Somerville, MA, and I’m thrilled to welcome you to this new Commissioner’s Corner. This space is dedicated to sharing insights, updates, and behind-the-scenes looks at how our department serves our community every day.

Somerville's Overnight Warming Center is a safe space where adults experiencing homelessness can spend the night safe from the cold of winter weather.
