Pre-registration is highly encouraged. Pre-register here. The clinic is free, and open to all people 5-11 years old, regardless of immigration status or health insurance. Identification is not required. Parent/guardian presence is required.
Please note that local vaccine clinics may fill up quickly due to high demand. You may consider visiting the CHA Vaccine Center (176 Somerville Ave.) or other sites listed on somervillema.gov/vaccine to receive a vaccine for anyone 5 years and older. If you have questions or need assistance registering, please call 311 (617-666-3311).
