Applications Open for 41 Income-Restricted Rental Units at Arris

Mayor Katjana Ballantyne and the City of Somerville Housing Division are pleased to announce that applications are now open for 41 income-restricted rental units at Arris (20 Inner Belt Rd. & 56 Roland St.) in the Inner Belt/Brickbottom neighborhood, available through the City of Somerville’s Inclusionary Housing Program. Units are available to households making at or below 50%, 80%, and 110% of the Area Median Income. The lottery includes 8 studio apartments, 18 one-bedroom apartments, 14 two-bedroom apartments, and 1 three-bedroom apartment. 

About the Units: All units feature modern kitchens with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and dishwashers, as well as in-unit laundry and air-conditioning. The building features a fitness center, business center, pool, clubhouse, game room, on-site pet concierge, pet washing station, car washing area,  and bike storage. On-street parking is available by permit; limited garage parking is reserved for tenants of Inclusionary units. For more information on unit layouts and features, contact Greystar at 617-863-9000. 

How to Apply: Multilingual applications and full eligibility requirements are available at maloneyaffordable.com/arris. Applications must be submitted by Thursday, June 22. Completed applications can be emailed to Arris@MaloneyProperties.com, mailed or delivered to Maloney Properties, Inc. Attn: Arris Lottery, 27 Mica Lane, Wellesley, MA 02481 (must be received by this date, not postmarked).
