Applications are now open for four rent-restricted studio units at Prospect Union Square (20-50 Prospect Street) in the Union Square neighborhood through the City of Somerville’s Inclusionary Housing Program. Units are available to all households making between 81% and 110% of the Area Median Income and to households with mobile vouchers making between 0% and 110% of the Area Median Income.
Property managers are now offering a lowered rental rate of $2,238/month, with one month free. This is a first-come, first-served opportunity.
