The agreement covers Fiscal Years 2023 through 2025.
“Our employees make City services possible. They deserve fair pay, good benefits, and a workplace where they feel valued,” said Mayor Jake Wilson. “I’m grateful to Unit A and our City team for the work that brought us to this signing.”
Key provisions include:
- A 3% COLA for FY23 and a 3% COLA for FY24.
- FY25 wage adjustments based on the City-wide wage and compensation study, including a new classification system and salary scales.
- One additional week of vacation and a transition to a vacation accrual system.
- Increases to the bonus recognizing employees’ years of service.
