Beginning in January 2015, necessary repair work will begin at rail bridges throughout the City to make way for the impending Green Line Extension project (GLX), which will bring six new rail stops to Somerville. On Mon., Oct. 27 between the hours of 7 a.m. and approximately 7 p.m., a City contractor will conduct paving work on East Broadway between Illinois Ave. and McGrath Highway.
