If you own a historic property, you’ll have to follow certain rules if you want to make repairs or changes to your home. Preservation planners at the OSPCD can help you with technical information throughout the process. The Historic Preservation Commission also offers advice to homeowners who need help adhering to design standards and other guidelines. The City of Somerville is planting 186 trees citywide this Fall. The map below shows details about the placement and species of these trees.

 

Members

There are five members of the AAC, all of whom must be Somerville residents. The members serve three-year terms and meet on the first and third Wednesdays of each month at 7 p.m.. The current members of the AAC are:
