Somerville High School Building Committee Meeting

This is a public meeting of the Somerville HS Building Committee. 

Planning Board and the Board of Aldermen Land Use Committee Public Hearing
The purpose of this hearing will be to receive public comments concerning the following:
  • An amendment to Zoning Ordinance, Article 15, to establish a Project Mitigation Fee for Job Creation and Retention
  • An amendment to the Zoning Ordinance, Section 15.5, to update the Project Mitigation Contribution for Affordable Housing
Somerville High School Renovation: Changes to Central Hill Campus Parking Meeting
With construction on the new Somerville High School building project set to begin in January 2018, gradual changes to parking options on the Central Hill Campus (which includes City Hall, Somerville High School, and the Somerville Public Library) and the surrounding public streets will also begin at that time.
