All interested community members are invited to join the City of Somerville’s Urban Forestry Division and the Mystic River Watershed Association for a series of community planting events in November, at locations in East Somerville and Ten Hills.

Mayor Joseph A. Curtatone and the Board of Aldermen invite residents to the Fall 2018 ResiStat Community Meetings, a twice-yearly effort to share the latest City news, data, and neighborhood updates directly with residents and gather their feedback.

Mayor Curtatone and 351 Summer LLC are pleased to announce four (4) income-restricted homeownership condos located at 353 Summer Street. The units will be offered to income-eligible, first-time homebuyers through the Inclusionary Housing Program via an application and lottery process. Income eligibility requirements and details regarding the units are listed below:
