Bingo Bingo starts at 10:00 a.m. Lunch will be served at 12:00 p.m. or following Bingo. All are welcome.  Registration is required.  You need to register on a weekly basis. Each week call the COA Reservation line at 617-625-6600 ext. 2323, Monday or Tuesday to reserve your spot for the following week.

This is a chair-based workout with the option to use light handheld weights and do supported standing strength and balance activities. In collaboration with SustainaVille, the Somerville Council on Aging is co hosting “Understanding Your Energy Bill”, an educational seminar which explains how to read your energy bill. Conducted by two representatives from Eversource, we will be discussing how to reduce your energy bill, and how to avoid being taken advantage of by scammers. 

Virtually join the Small Business Office Hours,  held Thursdays from 4:00-5:00PM. Join in to talk to city staff from Economic Development, Licensing, and ISD to discuss any questions regarding permits, licenses, or your business. Attendees will be held in a waiting room and admitted to speak with staff in order of which they joined the call.

Enjoy exercising in nature in this Outdoor Eastern Flow class! Connect mind, body, and spirit while getting into a state of Flow. Finding flow moves us toward finding an effortless clarity and euphoria that can transform lives. Traditional Eastern movements from martial arts and nature are explored, but in a modern way.

During these sessions, participants will learn practical tools to better manage money, take control of finances, and plan for the future; participants will also receive a certificate of completion for the series.

The Somerville Mobile Farmers Market is hitting the road once again, returning on Thursday, July 9, for the 2026 season. The market brings fresh, affordable, local produce to four city locations Thursdays through Saturdays and runs through October 31.
