Chef/Owner of Adey foods and Nibble entrepreneur, Meqdes Mesfin is excited to offer the know-how for making yummy Ethiopian meals at home. A vegetarian- and vegan- friendly cuisine, Ethiopian food is not just flavor-packed, it's also full of protein, fiber, and can be totally gluten-free. Come join us in this hands-on experience in creating delicious Ethiopian dishes while learning about how you can do this at home with the help of a slow cooker or an InstantPot!
