LOCATION

Walk-ins are welcome. The clinic is free, and open to all people 12 years or older, regardless of immigration status or health insurance. Identification is not required. Pre-registration is highly encouraged to ensure a faster process. Pre-register here. Anyone receiving their first dose at this clinic will be scheduled for their second dose on October 6.

All minors must have parent/guardian permission. Permission forms are available here. All minors 12-15 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. 

At this time, City of Somerville vaccine clinics are only open for 1st and 2nd doses. If you are immunocompromised and are looking for a third dose, please first reach out to your healthcare provider. If a third dose of the vaccine is indicated, you can go to the CHA Somerville Vaccine Center.
