The design objectives that we are incorporating include: a small turf field, significantly more tree canopy, a natural wood play area for younger children, taller play structures for older children, circulation paths, new safety surfacing, passive spaces under the trees with tables and seating, active areas for kickball, basketball, and court games, a climbing wall, new fencing, drainage improvements, and landscape improvements along Powder House Boulevard.
