Returning for the 13th year, the Carnaval celebration will kick off the 2023 SomerStreets season, which includes a series of three neighborhood street festivals across the City.

There will be a Public Hearing before the City Council’s Committee on the following item: Requesting approval of the Urban Center Housing Tax Increment Financing (UCH-TIF) Zone, Plan, and Form of Agreement for Winter Hill.
This meeting will be held by remote participation, using the GoToWebinar platform.
You have two ways to be heard at this meeting:

If you are unable to attend but wish to be heard, you may email your comments to cityclerk@somervillema.gov, send them by US mail to the City Clerk, 93 Highland Avenue, Somerville, MA, 02143, or drop them into the secure drop box outside the back door on the School Street side of City Hall. Your comments must arrive no later than 12 Noon on the day of the Hearing, in order to be sure they are conveyed to the Council.
