Please be advised that on Thursday, January 16, 2025 the Office of Outdoor Advertising will hold a public meeting at 11 AM. Please note that this hearing will be conducted via Zoom; in order to participate, you must register at the following link:

The meeting agenda includes application by Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority for two electronic billboard permits to replace existing, static billboard permits at the following locations:
1. 26–70 Rear Third Avenue at Inner Belt Road (1,000ft S/O Exit 18)
Application # 2025D001 (existing structure, permit 2018036, facing north)
2. 6 – 70 Rear Third Avenue / Leverett Connector (2,500ft S/O Exit 18)
Application # 2025D002 (existing structure, permit 2018034, facing north)
Public comment regarding the proposed billboard(s) and/or display(s) may be presented at the meeting or in writing prior to the meeting to:
