Applications Now Open for Three Income-Restricted Rental Units at Two Properties

Applications for three income-restricted rental units in Somerville are now open. Maloney Properties in partnership with the City of Somerville has three studio income-restricted apartments available across two properties: The Guild (154 Broadway) in East Somerville and Prospect Union Square (50 Prospect Street). Apply now through Friday, February 6.

Somerville Declares Snow Emergency Effective Sunday, January 25, at 7 a.m.

Move vehicles by 11 a.m., Sunday, January 25, to odd-numbered side of street (unless otherwise posted) to avoid ticketing and towing; Parking is also allowed in City-owned lots (but not in school lots)
