The Mayor's Parks Pass Challenge
Enjoying parks and open spaces improves physical and mental wellbeing for all ages. That’s why the Mayor is challenging you to explore our city’s parks and open spaces all year round!
Taking part is easy!
Pick up your Parks Pass at the Office of Food Access & Healthy Communities in the City Hall Annex, 50 Evergreen Ave, or download a copy here.
Get moving to any park in Somerville! Every time you visit a Somerville park, write the name of the park in your pass. Visit as many as you can! To find your local parks, view the City’s park map and/or this interactive Google Map of Somerville parks, dog parks, and community gardens.
When your parks pass is full, submit it by mailing it to Office of Food Access & Healthy Communities at 50 Evergreen Ave, Somerville MA 02145 or emailing a picture of it to firstname.lastname@example.org. All returned parks passes will be entered into a raffle to win a prize. Names will be pulled every March, August, and November.
