Join in to talk to city staff from Economic Development, Licensing, and ISD to discuss any questions regarding permits, licenses, or your business. Attendees will be held in a waiting room and admitted to speak with staff in order of which they joined the call.
Healthy-Steps is a movement program designed to help you thrive! This playful class is for everyBODY and can be done seated or standing. It focuses on improving strength and endurance, range of motion, and provides an opportunity to work on balance. Dance with props to eclectic music and have fun on the way to better health.
Enjoy SCOA’s signature General Exercise class in the comfort of your home! Simply click a zoom link to join the live class online. This is a chair-based workout with the option to use light handheld weights and do supported standing strength and balance activities. Enjoy easy-to-follow cardio, strength training, mobility, and flexibility patterns.
