Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development Public Hearing
The purpose of these hearings is to present an overview of the 2018-2022 HUD Consolidated Five Year Plan process, the One Year HUD Action Plan (July 1, 2018 – June 30, 2019) and to provide the opportunity for community feedback and input. Staff will also be available to answer questions regarding the RFP application process.
Cambridge Hackspace Workshop
Cambridge Hackspace is a 501(c)3 non-profit makerspace in the Milk Row Creative Zone in the center of Somerville, MA. It provides a space for community members with a common interest in making, building, computers, technology, craft, and art.
Iceland Photography Exhibition and Book Launch
30 images from Iceland’s Snæfellsnes Peninsula by Boston photographer Liza Voll will be on display at Bloc cafe in Union Square, Somerville from mid-February thru April. This exhibition coincides with the book launch of local yoga teacher, Jenn Falk's latest project, Lunar Love Flow.
