Join the Somerville Public Library and the Office of Sustainability and Environment at the West Branch Library in honor of Earth Day. We will be viewing “An Inconvenient Sequel: Truth to Power” (2017), a documentary about former Vice President Al Gore’s continuing efforts to fight climate change globally.

Pursuant to Chapter 107 of the Acts of 2022, this meeting of the Conservation Commission will be conducted via remote participation.

Community members are invited to join Mayor Katjana Ballantyne and the City Council at the spring 2023 City Hall Community Meetings.

These discussions will be facilitated by local Cultural Ambassadors in addition to City staff serving as Advisors.

Marcus Santos from Grooversity Global Drumming Network will lead this hands-on interactive, multicultural show, showcasing a friendly body movement adaptation of traditional rhythms and dances from different countries.
