The City is planning to build a new school at 115 Sycamore Street. All community members are invited to come learn more about the project and share their perspective at an upcoming community forum.
The Somerville Prevention Services and the Cambridge Public Health Department offer a free virtual overdose prevention and response trainings on a monthly basis to the community and free on-site trainings for groups by appointment.

Community members who live in the neighborhood surrounding 115 Sycamore Street are invited to meet with project architects Perkins Eastman to share their perspectives and help shape the design of Somerville’s next new school building.

The Winter Hill and Brown School Communities are invited to meet with project architects Perkins Eastman at 115 Sycamore Street (home to the former Winter Hill School building). Come share your perspectives and help shape the design of Somerville’s next new school building.
The Center for the Arts at the Armory is proud to offer a weekly winter market with 71+ local food vendors with the best locally grown and regionally produced foods, including fresh produce, cheese, eggs, meats, fish, breads, tamales, pastries, chocolate, skincare products, and more.
Focus on functional fitness with exercises that help with activities of daily living and maintaining independence!
In this class, we will work on improving coordination, enhancing muscular elasticity, and improving balance. We’ll work on both strengthening and stretching muscles to improve posture and mobility.
