Virtual Small Business Office Hours

Virtually join the Small Business Office Hours,  held Thursdays from 4:00-5:00PM. Join in to talk to city staff from Economic Development, Licensing, and ISD to discuss any questions regarding permits, licenses, or your business. Attendees will be held in a waiting room and admitted to speak with staff in order of which they joined the call. 

Sustainaville Week: Energy Efficiency Tour of the Kennedy School

Visit the Kennedy School to see recent energy efficiency upgrades at work: tour highlights include new chillers, pumps, controls, and discussion about opportunities and challenges in the process.

Virtual General Exercise (Council on Aging)

Enjoy SCOA’s signature General Exercise class in the comfort of your home! Simply click a zoom link to join the live class online. This is a chair-based workout with the option to use light handheld weights and do supported standing strength and balance activities. Enjoy easy-to-follow cardio, strength training, mobility, and flexibility patterns.

Coffee & Conversation Holland Street (Council on Aging)

Join us for this staff-led discussion group which covers a range of topics thought up by participants. This is a friendly group, where all topics are discussed respectfully.

All are welcome! Registration is required. You will need to register on a weekly basis. Each week call the COA Reservation line at 617-625-6600 ext. 2323, Monday or Tuesday to reserve your spot for the following week.
