Virtually join the Small Business Office Hours,  held Thursdays from 4:00-5:00PM. Join in to talk to city staff from Economic Development, Licensing, and ISD to discuss any questions regarding permits, licenses, or your business. Attendees will be held in a waiting room and admitted to speak with staff in order of which they joined the call.

Metro Boston Homeland Security Region US&R Working Group Meeting

Under the provisions of G.L. c 30A, and per the Order signed by the Governor on March 12, 2020 to suspend certain provisions of the open meeting law, the Metro Boston Homeland Security Region will conduct a remote participation meeting.

General Exercise - Holland Street (Council on Aging)

Add some movement to your day! 

General Exercise is a chair-based fitness class with supported standing strength training and balance. We use a play ball, weights and resistance band to work on functional movement patterns. Enjoy moving to music while doing easy-to-follow cardio, mobility, strengthening and stretching exercises.

Stepping Up Your Nutrition (Council on Aging)

This eight week series will focus on ways we can each step up our nutrition. Topics will include: the importance of muscles for strength, key nutrients for older adults, particularly protein and fluid, knowing how nutrition affects the risks of falling and how to determine personal nutrition for a better lifestyle.
