Choose Your City Alert Settings

Recently moved? Changed your email address or telephone number? Make sure you’re receiving the right City Alerts. To make sure you’re getting messages relevant to you, the City often targets alerts by address. Make sure your address is up to date for the best experience.  

• You can adjust your settings and preferences by logging in to Everbridge. Here, you can change or add your address, email, and phone number, as well as update if you’d like to subscribe to alerts by email, text, or phone. You can also unsubscribe from each option.
• If you are having trouble adjusting your settings in your Everbridge account, you can fill out this form to update your preferences. Provide your basic information (name, address, phone, and email) and we can update your settings.   
• Once you’ve provided your basic information, you will see the following options. Choose the ones you’d like to unsubscribe to and just hit “Submit.”  

TIP: You can also unsubscribe from City Alert emails through the link at the bottom of any email you receive. Text STOP to any City Alert text message to stop receiving alerts by text.
