Public meeting of the Somerville Redevelopment Authority.

This is a public meeting of the Board of Health. Please note that this meeting was originally scheduled for the 20th of December. 

Pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 87, the City of Somerville will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at 5:30 p.m. at the Somerville High School Library, 81 Highland Avenue, Somerville, MA. to consider the removal of the following public shade tree(s): 

This is a public meeting of the Traffic Commission.

The Board of Health is seeking public testimony on proposals (1) remove the menthol exemption in the flavor restriction moving all menthol products to adult-only tobacco retailers, (2) consider "tobacco" a flavor for e-cigs and (3) ban the sale of electronic cigarettes at all retailers except for qualifying retail tobacco stores/vape shops.

A public hearing for all interested parties will be held by the Planning Board on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in the Community Room of the Visiting Nurse Association (VNA), 259 Lowell Street, Somerville, MA.
