This lottery is being held by Maloney Properties and attendance is not required to be selected in lottery. The lottery recording will be viewable on  www.somervillema.gov/inclusionaryhousing approximately one week after the lottery.

Walk-ins are welcome. The clinic is free, and open to all people 12 years or older, regardless of immigration status or health insurance. Identification is not required. Pre-registration is highly encouraged to ensure a faster process.

Pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, this public meeting of the SRA is being conducted via remote participation.
