Please join Somerville Living, LLC and DiBiase Homes for a 2^nd Neighborhood Meeting under SZO Section 15.1.3 to continue discussions with the developer and review revised conceptual designs for this mixed-use residential and commercial project at 16 & 20 Medford Street, Somerville (Current site of the Cubby Oil Company and Somerville Gas & Service Station)

Pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, this meeting of the Somerville Licensing Commission will be conducted via remote participation.

We will post an audio recording, audio-video recording, transcript, or other comprehensive record of these proceedings as soon as possible after the meeting on the City of Somerville website and local cable access government channels.
