Applications for this resale can be found on the Inclusionary Housing Program page as well as at Somerville City Hall, City Hall Annex, Somerville Public Library branches and at other local Somerville businesses.
All applications must include a mortgage pre-approval and first-time homebuyers’ certificate. Those living or working in Somerville must provide proof of Somerville preference with their application.
Applications due February 1st at 2:00 PM
Applications can be submitted via:

ii. Faxed to: 617-591-3235
iii. Mailed or dropped off at: Somerville City Hall Annex, Attn: Inclusionary Housing, 50 Evergreen Ave., Somerville, MA 02145
