Add some movement to your day! General Exercise is a chair-based fitness class with supported standing strength training and balance. We’ll use a variety of props such as a play ball, resistance band, and weights to practice functional movement patterns. Enjoy moving to music while doing easy-to-follow cardio, mobility, strengthening and stretching exercises.

Virtually join the Small Business Office Hours,  held Thursdays from 4:00-5:00PM. Join in to talk to city staff from Economic Development, Licensing, and ISD to discuss any questions regarding permits, licenses, or your business. Attendees will be held in a waiting room and admitted to speak with staff in order of which they joined the call.

Pursuant to Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2025, this hearing will be conducted via remote participation.

During these sessions, participants will learn practical tools to better manage money, take control of finances, and plan for the future; participants will also receive a certificate of completion for the series.

Community members are invited to participate a citywide fall cleanup. Residents can join their neighbors, local elected officials, and community groups to spruce up streets, parks, and public spaces — and to get to know the people they share them with.
