Enjoy SCOA’s signature General Exercise class in the comfort of your home! Simply click a zoom link to join the live class online. This is a chair-based workout with the option to use light handheld weights and do supported standing strength and balance activities. Virtually join the Small Business Office Hours,  held Thursdays from 4:00-5:00PM. Join in to talk to city staff from Economic Development, Licensing, and ISD to discuss any questions regarding permits, licenses, or your business. Attendees will be held in a waiting room and admitted to speak with staff in order of which they joined the call.

Bingo starts at 10:00 a.m. 

Lunch will be served at 12:00 p.m.

Historic Preservation Commission Meeting

Pursuant to Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2025, this public meeting will be conducted via remote participation.

Plant Repotting with Alexandra (Council on Aging)

Celebrate Earth Day with SCOA by learning how to repot plants with volunteer Alexandra! During this presentation we will learn when a plant needs to be repotted as well as the best techniques and tips on repotting. Plants will also be provided as we practice our repotting skills together.

General Exercise - Holland Street (Council on Aging)

Add some movement to your day! 

General Exercise is a chair-based fitness class with supported standing strength training and balance. We use a play ball, weights and resistance band to work on functional movement patterns. Enjoy moving to music while doing easy-to-follow cardio, mobility, strengthening and stretching exercises.

Crochet With Tufts (Council on Aging)

Learn how to crochet with a collaboration between the Council on Aging and Tufts Hooked Club! Tufts Hooked Club is a organization comprised of Tufts students who want to spread awareness of the mental health benefits of fiber arts like crochet.
