This is a chair-based workout with the option to use light handheld weights and do supported standing strength and balance activities. Enjoy easy-to-follow cardio, strength training, mobility, and flexibility patterns.

Virtually join the Small Business Office Hours,  held Thursdays from 4:00-5:00PM. Join in to talk to city staff from Economic Development, Licensing, and ISD to discuss any questions regarding permits, licenses, or your business. Attendees will be held in a waiting room and admitted to speak with staff in order of which they joined the call.

Mayor Jake Wilson and the Somerville Department of Health and Human Services invite the Somerville community to join for an event recognizing the annual Transgender Day of Remembrance/Resilience in honor of those who have lost their lives to anti-trans violence. 

This is an online version of the General Exercise class that welcomes the LGBTQIA+ community and allies. Enjoy seated exercises with the option to use dumbbells and work on standing strength and balance. This easy to-follow workout focuses on functional fitness to maintain an independent lifestyle. Latin Dance will get you moving and grooving to a wide variety of Latin rhythms. This is a low impact aerobic dance class with a party atmosphere. LCR-Left Center Right is a fun, fast-paced dice game that you won't be able to put down! Players roll the dice to determine where they pass their chips. The last player with chips is the winner and wins the center pot. Please see flyer for additional details.
