We use a play ball, weights and resistance band to work on functional movement patterns. Enjoy moving to music while doing easy-to-follow cardio, mobility, strengthening and stretching exercises.
Join us for this staff-led discussion group which covers a range of topics thought up by participants. This is a friendly group, where all topics are discussed respectfully. Grab-n-Go lunch is available upon request.

In July, we learned the food groups and what our bodies may need. In August, we will continue to focus on incorporating all the food groups into our diets, so that we get what is necessary for our daily balance to nourish our bodies.

Join the signature SCOA class in the East Somerville area. We’ll use a play ball, resistance band, and handheld weights to do seated exercises with optional standing strength and balance activities.
