June is Fresh Fruit and Vegetables Month. Celebrating these two food groups in
June, aims to inspire people to eat more of these nutritious foods every day
that may help reduce risk of many diseases.
We are learning to balance our diets with all the food groups, and adding fresh fruits
and vegetables will be just the nutrients that our bodies need.
Meditation Experience: Relax though guided meditation in a calm and serene virtual reality environment.
Join Michelle as she leads a general exercise program. All levels of participants are welcome to attend.
Easy-to-follow programs let you stretch and relax. Yoga provides modified, low-impact moves and easy-to-follow pacing for a healthy, active lifestyle!

This group allows veterans to connect with their peers, discuss personal challenges and provide support. All Veterans are welcome.
The purpose of this meeting is to provide the public with the opportunity to become fully acquainted with the proposed project. All views and comments made at the meeting will be reviewed and considered to the maximum extent possible.

We are learning to balance our diets with all the food groups, and adding fresh fruits
Zumba Gold® uses Latin and international rhythms and is a lower-intensity version of Zumba® for active older adults. It uses easy-to-follow moves that focus on balance, range of motion, and coordination. The class is designed to develop cardio vascular endurance, muscular conditioning and flexibility while helping relieve arthritic pain. Join the party™ and let the music move you!
In collaboration with the Somerville Museum and the Somerville Arts Council, this year’s annual “What to the slave is the 4th of July” reading will take place during the Somerville July 4th fireworks celebration.
Join Mayor Katjana Ballantyne and the Somerville Arts Council for our annual Fireworks Celebration at Trum Field.
Join us to learn about the rights of LGBTQ+ immigrants and how current laws are shaping our communities.
