Healthy-Steps is a movement program designed to help you thrive! This playful class is for everyBODY and can be done seated or standing. It focuses on improving strength and endurance, range of motion, and provides an opportunity to work on balance. Dance with props to eclectic music and have fun on the way to better health.

Virtual Small Business Office Hours

Virtually join the Small Business Office Hours,  held Thursdays from 4:00-5:00PM. Join in to talk to city staff from Economic Development, Licensing, and ISD to discuss any questions regarding permits, licenses, or your business. Attendees will be held in a waiting room and admitted to speak with staff in order of which they joined the call. 

LGBTQIA+ and Allies Social (Council on Aging)

LGBTQIA+ Virtual Exercise Class (Council on Aging)

This is an online version of the General Exercise class that welcomes the LGBTQIA+ community and alliances. Enjoy seated exercises with the option to use dumbbells and work on standing strength and balance. This easy-to-follow workout focuses on functional fitness to maintain an independent lifestyle.

LCR Game Day (Council on Aging)

LCR (Left, Center, Right) is a fun, fast paced dice game that you won’t be able to put down! Players roll the dice to determine where they pass their chips.  The last player with chips is the winner and wins the center pot.

General Exercise at Holland Street (Council on Aging)

Add some movement to your day! General Exercise is a chair-based fitness class with supported standing strength training and balance. We use a play ball, handheld weights and resistance band to work on functional and therapeutic movement patterns. Enjoy moving to music while doing easy-to-follow cardio, mobility, strengthening and stretching exercises.
