Beginning in November 2025, all Somerville Water & Sewer residents will move to a quarterly billing schedule.
This update is designed to make managing your water and sewer payments simpler, more predictable, and easier to budget throughout the year.
Under the new schedule, bills will be issued four times per year. Please use the interactive district map below to identify your district and view your specific billing schedule.
*For Non-Profit accounts, most fall under District 4 regardless of their geographical location. Please search by the account number found on your bill to confirm. If there are any questions, please contact our Customer Service Team at 617-625-6600 x5850 or Water@Somervillema.gov.
- Bills are typically sent within 10 business days of the billing date.
- Payment is due 45 days from the billing date.
- If payment is not received by the 45th day, interest charges will begin to apply.
